ATHENS
Your time away starts with 2 nights in Athens, staying at Hotel Poseidonio (www.hotelposeidonio.com).
Day 1
Our first day in Athens, we visit Piraeus Thimitiko Theatro and local archaeological sites. In the afternoon we take a train to Monastiraki and walk up to Kolonaki, visiting old Parliament. Tonight dinners is at Thissio with the view of the Acropolis in the background.
Day 2
This morning we catch the train to Thissio and walk up to the Acropolis. We also have time to explore around the old market.We visit Plaka and walk to Monastiraki and its flea market followed by a visit Marine Zea.
Dinner tonight is at Mikrolimano.
ATHENS - SYROS
Syros is the first island stop and we have 3 nights here to explore. This is the elusive Greece - with its "stairway to heaven”.
A great place for training, stunning viewpoints and it still retains its innocence which hasn't been spoilt by western commercialization yet.

Day 3
We depart Piraeus early today (7.30am) and arrive at Syros around midday
This afternoon we take time to visit local sites, art galleries and museums in Hermoupolis.
Training in the Platia will take place late afternoon- a light general workout.
Dinner tonight is at a local Taverna by the water.
Day 4
Wake up for training this morning – a program of boxing, intervals, plyometrics, core and resistance work. As we have a large group we will possibly break up into two groups.
After training we will have breakfast by the port and then spend the day at Kini Beach.
Light training will be offered when we return in the evening (optional) followed by dinner at another great Taverna.The night will continue with Drinks (of course) for those who need refreshments.
Day 5
We get straight back into training this morning and then we have the day at Galissa Beach. This is a great beach to do some exploring by Kayak.
Before dinner we take an evening walk 1500 steps to the amazing views of Aro Syros.
Dinner and drinks are outdoor tonight and by the sea.
SYROS – NAXOS
Naxos has everything from the cultural surroundings of the old city to modern euro decor. There are beautiful beaches, which are great for training on...... and of course tanning!!! The island has picturesque views and fantastic sunsets.
We will be staying one hundred metres from the beach in Agios Georgios, which is the busiest and most popular on the island. Our hotel is called Studios Panos (www.studiospanos.com)
Day 6
Our last morning of Training in Syros before departing for Naxos by Ferry. You will be advised of our departure time the night before. The ferry will depart either at midday or late in the evening.
Depending on ship departure after breakfast, we may have time to visit more archaeological sites and local beaches outside Hermoupolis.
Arrive in Naxos and tonight be entertained by our host John (owner of Studios Panos) while relaxing at the beach bar in Ag Georgios.
Day 7
Today we start with training in the morning on the beach; sand runs, plyometrics, circuit and core work.Today we visit Ag Prokiopios and in the afternoon eat at local eatery by the beach.Tonight we return to Ag Georgios for relaxation and then onto Chora for dinner.
Day 8
“FREE DAY” – while everyday is considered a Free Day, today there are no guided tours (unless you want one). So you have the opportunity to visit Old Castle, The Castro and Apollos Gate. If you wanted to visit another island, Mykonos is 2 hours away.
Tonight we have dinner at alocal tavern, eating traditional tappas.
Day 9
We start the day with training and then move onto visit Ag Anna. Sit by the bar and enjoy its clear water and sandy beach. We spend the evening/night eating outdoors and soaking up the night sky at the ‘ESCOBAR’.
NAXOS - SANTORINI
Santorini has cliff top views which are second to none. You cannot go to Greece and not visit Santorini!!. We spend 3 nights in Santorini staying at Hotel Soula (www.santorini-villasoula.gr)
Located just 150 metres from the Caldera this hotel offers beautiful rooms in a wonderful landscape. The perfect balance between natural and cosmopolitan lifestyle.
Day 10
Leave Naxos 12.40 and arrive at Santorini at 15.10.
Visit the famous cliff top views of Fira and enjoy the local sites.
In the evening light training by the pool for those who are interested.
Day 11
Training this morning is optional. We visit Perissa Beach for the day.
Other adventure activities include visiting a volcano or beaches surrounded by boats, can be visited (optional). At night enjoy dinner at Santorini cliff top views in the background and visit some local.
Day 12
Our last day we enjoy a relaxing breakfast together and then say our goodbyes. Some stay on, some leave, but all have memories to cherish forever - “Mental Tattoos”.
Depart Santorini at 15:00 arrive Athens at 23.30.
